Terms of Service

1) Eligibility & account

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for activities performed through your account and for keeping your device and login secure.

2) Subscriptions, trial & payments

Some features (for example, adding your photo to posts) may require a subscription. Payments may be processed by third-party payment partners (for example, Razorpay) and UPI apps.

• ₹5 trial charge: If offered, you may pay ₹5 to start a 1‑day trial and set up UPI AutoPay. This ₹5 is non‑refundable.
• Auto-renewal: After the trial ends, your selected plan (for example ₹99/month) may be charged automatically via UPI AutoPay until cancelled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel the mandate/autopay from your UPI app. Cancellation stops future renewals.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Violating any law or regulation.
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Uploading harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Platform.
• Using automated tools to access the Platform without permission.

4) User content

You retain ownership of content you upload (for example, your profile photo). To operate the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

5) Platform content & intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, and templates, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute Platform elements except as allowed within the app for sharing/export.

6) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if required for security/legal reasons.

7) Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and do not provide warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company for the Platform in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction where the Company is based will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
